They’re perfect for scenic drives, beach hopping, exploring local towns, and discovering more of the island at your own pace. Reservation Policies
Booking Terms

You need a valid driver’s license. You must be at least 18 years old. Drivers ages 18–24 may pay an extra fee. A payment method is needed to book. We will send your booking details by email and WhatsApp. Changes should be made at least 24 hours before your trip. One-day rentals have an extra $50 fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel more than 2 hours before pickup and you get your money back. Cancel less than 2 hours before pickup and there is no refund. If you do not show up, there is no refund. Contact us by WhatsApp or email to cancel.

Insurance & Liability

We place a $150 temporary hold when your rental starts. You get it back if there are no extra charges. You are responsible for damage to the Jeep while you have it. We take photos when the Jeep is returned. Extra trip insurance is not included, but you may buy your own.

Fuel & Mileage

Your Jeep comes with a full tank of gas. Please return it with a full tank. If you do not, you may be charged for gas. Unlimited miles are included. The Jeep has GPS tracking and extra fees may apply if it goes outside approved areas.

Vehicle Use

The Jeep is for personal use only. Do not use it for business. Do not drive off-road unless we give you written permission. No smoking. Pets need approval first. A Jeep can hold up to 5 people. You cannot rent the Jeep to someone else.

Remote Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery and pickup around San Juan is free. Delivery to Aguadilla, Ponce, or Mayagüez costs $100 for rentals of 2 days or less. That fee is waived for rentals of 3 days or more. Delivery depends on availability.

Weather

Bad weather does not automatically mean a refund. Our normal cancellation rules still apply. We may allow you to change your date if another date is available.

Not Allowed

Do not drive on sand dunes, deep mud, or unmarked off-road areas. Do not smoke in the Jeep. Do not carry more people than the Jeep allows. Do not leave the roof open when nobody is with the Jeep. The Jeep must stay in Puerto Rico, it can’t cross to other islands.

    After your request is received, we will contact you with your trip details and confirmation steps.

    Pick Up, Explore & Return

    Arrive at your pickup location and follow the instructions sent to you. Grab the keys and start your adventure. When your rental is over, return the vehicle to the predetermined drop-off location.

Can I take the Jeep to Culebra or Vieques?
Vehicles cannot be transported by ferry to Culebra or Vieques. However, you can drive to Ceiba (1 hour from San Juan), take the ferry, and explore the islands on foot or by golf cart. Our Jeep gets you to the dock comfortably.
Is there an incidental hold?
Yes — a $150 refundable incidental hold is placed on your credit card at the start of your trip (not charged unless damage occurs). It’s fully released within 3–5 business days after a clean return. Like a hotel hold, it covers potential damage but is never actually charged if there’s no damage.
Do I need trip protection?
Trip protection is not included in your reservation price. Guests are responsible for meeting the coverage requirements in the reservation agreement. Optional third-party protection may be obtained independently through RentalCover.com, subject to the provider’s eligibility, terms and conditions. Roadside assistance is included with every reservation.
Do you offer airport delivery?
Yes! We deliver to SJU (Luis Muñoz Marín International) and can coordinate pickup at your hotel or Airbnb. Just mention your location in the Special Requests field. Airport delivery is free within the San Juan metro area.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund of any amount paid toward the reservation, including any One-Day Reservation Fee paid. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup are not refundable. No-shows are not refundable. Please review our Reservation Policies for full details. What is the minimum age to reserve?
Minimum age is 18. Guests aged 18–24 pay a $15/day young driver fee. Guests 25+ have no extra fee. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license at pickup.
